Four in the Great War of 1914-1918 and a record of those who served
The memorial comprised a tablet, inscribed with the names of the war dead, placed on the outer wall of the village hall (formerly the school),
along with a new bench seat with a depiction of WWI soldiers and a poppy motif.
Inside St.Mary's church, Great Bradley, just inside the main entrance, is a wall mounted roll of honour. A glazed wooden frame topped with a Latin cross holds
an illuminated roll of honour.
A depiction of St George defeating the dragon is flanked by the crossed Union Jack & English Cross of St George on the left and an anchor on the right.
At the top of the list,in gold, are the names of the four men who failed to return- 2nd Lieut RCP Wilder, Private W.Hurrell, Private J.W.Marsh and Private
R.Webb.

Beneath the list of names is the dedication: "Thanks be to God which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ".
In addition the altar window was installed by the family and dedicated to 2nd Lt Reginald Wilder. His father's diary has :-
"During the week March 21-28, the stained glass East End window and stone work were inserted to the memory of Rex. Following this, on 28th March at Evensong
there was a good congregation."
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
