Malcolm Alfred CUTTER was born on 25th January 1917 in Great Livermere (Bury St Edmunds Q1-1917 4A:1521), the son of Arthur Raymond and Kate Elizabeth CUTTER (née DENT).

His mother died in 1935

In the 1939 register Malcolm (an assistant school master) was at The Forge, Great Livermere with his widower father Arthur R. CUTTER [12-5-1872] and James and Olive CATTON. There are 2 closed records.
