Keith was a sergeant pilot on Armstrong Whitworth Whitley Mk V ser.no T4159 c/s GE-J of 58 Squardon Royal Air Force which failed to return to Linton on Ouse on
23rd December 1940 after a bombing raid on various ports in the Ludwigshaven locality. The only loss on this raid, they crashed into the sea of Torbay in Devon.
