The original scroll (left) was becoming faded so it was replaced in 2014.. right
Culford has two war memorials, the traditional war memorial by the village hall where the dead of Culford Estate ( Culford, West Stow, Ingham and Wordwell)
are honoured, and also a framed scroll in the church honouring the Culford men who fell on both World Wars.
The church roll of honour is at the front of the nave on the left hand side behind a brass lectern. Framed and glazed roll of honour, listing the full names
of 9 men who died in WW1, and 3 who died in WW2. The Great War names seem to be in no particular order, WW2 are alphabetical by surname. There are an
additional two Culford names from the Great War on the Estate Memorial at the village hall.
