"IXWORTH THORPE WAR MEMORIAL"




On the north wall in the Church of All Saints, Thetford Road, Ixworth Thorpe is an embossed copper plaque mounted on an oak board, commemorating the five men of the parish who died during the Great War.

The dedication:-
Erected by the Parishioners TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN GRATEFUL REMEMBRANCE OF THE MEN OF IXWORTH THORPE WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 TO 1919
