The original names on the memorial had a Bombardier R.J.Neal and also a Private J.Neal. The name of Bombardier R J NEAL was removed and in later versions the J.NEAL has become J.NEALE. The details for Bombardier Robert John NEAL are available, he is apparently also on Kenny Hill, Lakenheath and Beck Row memorials (where he is J Neal). There is so much confusion on this memorial, but initially there were both R.J. Neal and J.Neal so we still seek J.Neal (albeit even this has changed to NEALE).
