This man seems to be the only possible casualty.
His death certificate precludes the cause of death by enemy action.
He does however appear to have been mobilised which may explain his name on the memorial.

Owen Blair REYNOLDS was born on 28th July 1904 at 10 Tor Gardens, Kensington (3rd qtr 1904 Kensington 1a:130) son of Thomas Blair and Mabel Edith Maud
REYNOLDS (née GALSWORTHY)) son of Charles and Hannah MATTHEWS (née ANDREWS).
1911 census...Aged 6, he was at 8 and 10 Tor Gardens, Kensington with his father Thomas Blair REYNOLDS [50] a civil engineer born Chelsea; his mother Mabel Edith Maud [39] born Kingston on Thames; sister Veronica Meredith [3] born Kensington. There were visitors, Dutch artist William BRICKMAN and his wife. They had five servants. He married Joyce Emily TYLER [14-10-1908] in Dixton, Monmouth on 18th April 1920. He became a landscape painter and exhibited widely. By at least 1932 he was living in Alpheton. In the 1939 register he and his wife were at The Old Rectory, Alpheton with their daughter Jocelyn [11-2-1932]. This was where he died on 29th January 1941. His widow married Clifford WILLIAMS in 1944 in Hendon. In the 1939 register he was a member of the Army Officers Special Reserve. This gave a tenuous connection with the Military. If he was actually serving in the Army at the time of his death the cause of death is immaterial and he could be included on CWGC records.
