Robert Peter Scott was born in 1924, son of Ernest John and Mabel Gertrude SCOTT(née ) Unable to identify birth registration or presence of family in Bradfield St George



Robert was wireless operator/air gunner on Vickers Wellington MkX ser.no.JA525 c/s IN-Q which took off just after 21:100 on 6th May, from RAF Regina in Italy The load was 3 x 500 lbs and 2 x 250 lbs destined for Bucharest. Nothing was heard from them after take-off and they crashed at Comana, Romania. Four aircraft were lost in the raid
