Percy William Starling was born in Cowlinge (Risbridge Q4-1900 4A:821), son of William and Emma STARLING
(née HOWE).
1901 census...Aged 5 months, he was at Hurdle Hall, Cowlinge with his father William STARLING [27] farm labourer; his mother Emma [26] born Kirtling and sister Ida Beatrice [1]. All except his mother were born in Cowlinge. 1911 census... Aged 10, he was at The Green, Cowlinge with his parents, sister Ida, brother Oscar [8] born Cowlinge and cousin Eva HOWE [6] born London. |
