Albert Edward Chaplin was born on 28th February 1912 at Darmsden, nr Needham Market Suffolk (1st qtr 1912 Bosmere 4a:1928) son of Herbert and Ellen Elizabeth CHAPLIN (née AVIS).
He married Joan G BONNEY in Bury St.Edmunds in 1941. CWGC have her as a S.R.N, living in Horringer. Not yet identified any of them in the 1939 register.
