Percy Nunn was born in Lawshall (4th qtr 1896 Sudbury 4a:788) son of George and Margaret NUNN(née BOYDEN)

1901 census...Aged 4, he was at The Street, Lawshall with his father George NUNN [34] horseman on farm; his mother Margaret [32]; brothers George [13] (yardman), Harvey [9] and Sidney [1]; sister May [7]. All were born in Lawshall.

1911 census...Aged 14, he was still at The Street with his parents; brothers George and Sidney; sisters Ina Mary [8] and Hettey [2]

On the pension card his mother was at the Congregational Hall, Doncaster



He enlisted in Bury St.Edmunds
