All except his mother were born in Lawshall. 1911 census...Aged 17, he was at Hanningfield Green, Lawshall with his parents; sister Beatrice; brothers Harry and Donald. On the pension card his mother was at Hibb's Green, Lawshall. |

He enlisted in Bury St.Edmunds
The battalion had just taken MALAKOF FARM in the vicinity of Hargicourt in wretched weather.and was consolidating. The yellow circle is the area of Malakof Farm and Malakof Trench. Percy was one of three to die in the battalion that day
