1891 census...Aged 3, Walter was at Bury Road Cottages, Chedburgh with his father Charles PASK [30] farm labourer born Depden; his mother Georgiana [30] born Chedburgh: brothers Herbert George [6] Claud Arthur [4] both born Rede and Ben Allan [7 months] born Chedburgh.

1901 census...Aged 13, a farm labourer, he was "by The Green", Depden with his parents (father now recorded as born Chedburgh); brothers Herbert, Arthur [14] both farm labourers and Benjamin A (now recorded as born Rede.)

1911 census...Aged 23, a private in the Suffolk Regiemnt, he was at Mustapha Pasha Barracks, Alexandria, Egypt. His parents were at Kiln Lane, Rede

On the pension card his mother was at Kiln Lane, Rede

His brother Arthur died of wounds in Belgium in 1916 see here


He enlisted in Bury St.Edmunds
He died at a base Hosptial in Calais from influenza.
